Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lucid IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping customers as far as possible and follows a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 1–2 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped by vendors/merchants.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Orders for perishable goods such as flowers or eatables cannot be cancelled.

  • However, a refund or replacement may be processed if the customer proves that the delivered product was of poor quality.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 1–2 days of receipt.

  • The request will be processed once the merchant verifies the issue at their end.

 

4. Product Not as Described

  • If the product received differs from what was shown on the website or does not meet expectations, notify our Customer Service Team within 1–2 days of delivery.

  • After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate action or replacement decision will be made.

 

5. Warranty Products

  • For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.

6. Refund Process

  • Once a refund is approved by Lucid IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., it will be processed within 4–5 working days to the customer’s original payment method.
